BELTSVILLE, MD-Prologis Private Capital’s realty fund, Prologis Targeted U.S. Logistics Fund LP has paid $27 million to purchase a distribution building measuring 235,000 square feet in Beltsville. The seller of the property situated at 11730-11750 Baltimore Avenue was Beltsville Express LLC. NAI KLNB’s director of investment sales, Chris Kubler negotiated the deal. Federal Express Corp. is the sole tenant of the industrial facility built in 1999.
