MIAMI—The last waterfront development site inMiami’s Brickell neighborhood is up for grabs.CBRE is marketing 1201 Brickell Bay Dr. for saleand it could fetch more than $300 million.

1201 Brickell Bay Dr. is a shovel-read, 2.5-acre site with 300linear feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay. The site has existingapprovals for more than 2 million square feet of development.Current plans call for 787 condominium units, 1,500 parking spaces,waterfront restaurants and retail.

CBRE senior vice president Gerard Yetming andRobert Given, CBRE executive vice president withthe Multi-Housing Group in South Florida, are marketing theproperty in partnership with Tom Duke, vicepresident of the Retail Services Group. TiborHollo, head of Florida East Coast Realty,and New York’s Corigin Real Estate Group own theproperty.
