OLDSMAR, FL-Menna Development and Management Inc. has sold threeMarriott properties for more than $33 million. The St.Petersburg-based company sold the limited-service properties toNewport Beach, California-based MIG Real Estate LLC inSeptember.

Menna sold the 99-room Courtyard Tampa Oldsmar at 4014 TampaRoad for $11 million, the 78-room Residence Inn Tampa Oldsmar at4012 Tampa Road for $9.2 million and the 100-room Residence InnTampa Suncoast Parkway at NorthPointe Village at 2101 NorthpointeParkway in Lutz for $13.5 million.
