NEW YORK CITY-Manhattan-based Storage Deluxe has bought a96,000-square-foot parcel at 41-06 Delong Street in Flushing for$14.3 million. The storage outfit will build a seven-story storagefacility on the site.
The new facility will have 160,000 square feet for storage andmore than 26,000 square feet for industrial-flex or retail use onthe ground floor. Furthermore, Storage Deluxe is planning to rent aseparate 7,350-square-foot structure on the parcel to a retailer.Delong Realty Company was the seller. Harvest Internationalbrokered the deal.
