DALLAS-Camden Property Trust, an apartment firm based inHouston, has recently bought its second rental community in EastDallas. The firm purchased Alta Henderson, 106-unit apartmentcommunity at Henderson and Belmont avenues, from developer WoodPartners.
The three-story apartment community, opened in 2011, is morethan 95% occupied and is situated on the east side of North CentralExpressway.
