DUNDALK, MD-The Baltimore office of Colliers International hasnegotiated the sales of two apartment communities. The RuxtonTownship Apartments in Ruxton was purchased by Ruxton Place LLC fora price of $3 million. The 24-unit complex is located at 1600Ruxton Road. The Keyway Apartments, a two-story apartment complexin Dundalk, was acquired by Keyway Management LLC for $2.6 million.The property comprises 64 one-bedroom units.
