With 25 years of commercial real estateexperience in development, transaction management, strategicplanning, business development, project management and accountoperations, Westley has dealt extensively with corporate clients.He was formerly with Johnson Controls, where hemost recently led the firm’s global real estate andproject-management services. Prior to JCI’s acquisition ofUnited Systems Integrators in 2005, he was USI’schief strategy officer, responsible for the firm’smerger-and-acquisition, service-offering diversification andgeographic-expansion initiatives.
