BOSTON-The Boston Herald reported that Northwood Investors, areal estate firm that owns the Revere Hotel in the Theatre Districtof Boston, has snapped up the former Jae's Cafe property for $3.3million. The vacant three-story building is situated next to theRevere at 212 Stuart St.
Rena LLC, an affiliate of Hera Development, bought the buildingfor $6.5 million in 2007. The company filed for bankruptcyprotection in April. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
