AURORA, CO-New York-based Northwood Investors LLC has purchasedthe Southlands Town Center, an outdoor shopping center in Aurora,from New York-based BlackRock. Industry sources reported that the900,000-square-foot center, located at 6155 S. Main St., near EastSmoky Hill Road and E-470, was sold for $102.5 million.

This was the first acquisition for Northwood Investors inColorado. Northwood Retail, an affiliate of Northwood Investors,will manage and lease the center, which is anchored by AMCTheaters, Bed Bath & Beyond and Sports Authority. For thefull story, go to Denver Business Journal .
