SAN DIEGO-A unit of San Diego-based Kleege Enterprises haspurchased the Clairemont Village shopping center at 3005-3033Clairemont Drive in San Diego for $27.3 million. The six-buildingretail center, which has roughly 45,000 square feet of space, wassold by Pacific Clairemont Holdings I.
The shopping center, developed in 1954 and refurbished in 1983,is leased to tenants such as Keil's Food Stores, Edward Jones,HomeTown Buffet and Subway. It was earlier sold for $29 million in2005. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
