SAN DIEGO-The Park Crest senior apartment complex located at5330 Orange Avenue in San Diego has been acquired by the San DiegoHousing Commission for a price of $6.4 million. The Walz FamilyTrust was the seller of the three-story multifamily complexspanning 34,754 square feet. Colliers International negotiated thedeal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer.
