LAWRENCE, MA-The Dolben Cos., a real estate company based inWoburn, has paid $17 million for the 222-unit Hampton on Beacon inLawrence. The apartment building, constructed in the 1970s, hasundergone renovation, including the construction of two structuresin 2003 and the development of a business/conference suite and aclubhouse with a swimming pool in 2005.
