In Kirkland, Essex bought Ascent Apartments for $15.85 millionfrom San Francisco-based Ascent Apartments and 1031 ExchangeProfessionals purchased the 140-unit Sancerre Apartments at 12648N.E. 144th St. for $24.9 million from Sancerre Apartments LimitedPartnership.
