CHARLOTTE-Avison Young is on the hunt fortalent—and finding plenty of it. The Canadian commercial realestate firm shows no signs of slowing its aggressive recruiting andexpansion freight train in the U.S.

Since August, the firm has acquired a Las Vegas commercialproperty management firm, added a principal and hired a valuationexpert New York City, acquired a Los Angeles commercial real estatefirm, wooed 30 members from Flagler to open a Florida office,acquired a New Jersey-based project management firm, and just lastweek, acquired a Raleigh-based firm. And that's just sinceAugust.
