FRANKLIN, WI-Advanced Chemical Systems Inc., a water technologycompany based in Milwaukee, will relocate to Franklin in January.The company has purchased a 68,900-square-foot building at 9640 S.60th St. with plans to expand its product development.
Advanced Chemical will occupy nearly 25,000 square feet at thenew facility and lease the remaining space to tenants. The companypaid $275,000 for the building. Ideal Tall Pines Corp. was theseller.
