MILWAUKEE-Duke Realty LP of Indianapolis has acquired WaterTower Medical Commons, a six-story office building situated onMilwaukee's east side, for about $40.9 million. The building islocated at 2350 N. Lake Drive near Columbia St. Mary'sHospital.
