NEW YORK CITY-A crane partially collapsed from the high winds ofHurricane Sandy at the site of One57, the luxury multifamily towerbeing constructed by Extell Development Corp., theNew York Daily News reported. At the presenttime, the New York City Fire Department blocked off the street withemergency vehicles; no injuries have been reported.

When complete, One57 will be a 90-story mixed use developmentthat will rise over 1,000 feet at 157 W. 57th St.,across from Carnegie Hall.
