HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL-The Sterling Organization, an investmentfirm based in Palm Beach, Florida, has acquired Hoffman Plaza for aprice of $14.2 million. Hoffman Plaza, a shopping center spanning168,000 square feet, is situated at 1001-1175 N. Roselle Road innorthwest suburban Hoffman Estates. A Jewel-Osco store is theanchor tenant of the retail center built in 1972. The leasing rateof the property is 95%.
