PISCATAWAY, NJ-Jones Lang LaSalle has completeda long-term sublease agreement with KMM Telecommunications for195,555 square feet of warehouse space from Verizon New Jersey at21 Constitution Avenue here.
KMM, which is a privately held company based in Fairfield,provides supply-chain services to the communications industry.
JLL’s executive vice-president Frank Truesdell,along with Joel Lubin and BrianCass represented Verizon, the property’s sub-landlord. KMMwas represented in-house by John Campanelli, itspresident of business operations.
