LONDON-IVG Institutional Funds has paid approximately GBP 30million to buy a fully glazed office building at 20 Cannon Streetin London from Allied London and Aerium. In the deal, Savills andFranc Warwick advised Allied London and Aerium, while CBRE andKnight Frank represented IVG Institutional Funds. The six-storyoffice property, located between the Bank of England and St Paul'sCathedral, has a 38,800-square-foot office space.
