NASHVILLE-Davidson County property records revealed that anentity tied to Greenwich, Connecticut-based Starwood Capital Grouphas bought a medical office building spanning 30,000 square feet at330 Wallace Rd. for $2.75 million. The entity bought the building,which sits on nearly 3.5 acres of land near Southern Hills MedicalCenter, through foreclosure.
