SOUTHAMPTON, UK-Terrace Hill's joint venture with Osborne hassigned conditional agreements with Legal & General Propertyregarding the forward funding as well as the sale of a 1,104-unitstudent housing project in Southampton city center. The studentaccommodation development, situated in the City center, is entirelypre-leased to the University of Southampton for 38 years.
