DALLAS-The CONTI Organization, based in Dallas, has expanded itsportfolio by purchasing a multifamily property in Dallas' BachmanLake neighborhood. The real estate company has bought the Santa FeApartments, a 237-unit apartment complex at 9505 BrockbandDrive.

CONTI bought the complex through a Fannie Mae loan. Theinvestment firm is planning to spend $700,000 in capitalimprovements, which include office upgrades, building exteriors andinterior. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
