BOSTON-Michael Smith, Scott Jamieson andBrandon Dickason joined AvisonYoung to expand that firm's capital markets business inNew England. Effective immediately, Smith and Jamieson joined thefirm as principals and Dickason as vice president.

The team has completed in excess of $15 billion in transactionsduring the past two decades and all came to Avison Young fromJones Lang LaSalle's capital markets group inBoston. Smith was managing director at JLL and a graduate of theCollege of the Holy Cross with a Master's Degreein professional accounting from NortheasternUniversity. Jamieson, also a JLL managing director, alsoworked for Spaulding & Slye and is a graduateof Boston College's Wallace E. Carroll School ofManagement. Dickason, a vice president at JLL, has abachelor's degree in economics and political science fromTufts University.
