ELM GROVE, WI-MSP Real Estate Inc. has purchased an industrialbuilding in Elm Grove for $1 million with plans to develop anassisted living and memory care facility there. The companypurchased the vacant building, located at 800 Wall St., from BrownDeer, Wisconsin-based Traffic and Parking Control Inc.
