PARSIPPANY, NJ–Prism Capital Partners’ officebuilding at 399 Jefferson Rd. here has achieved full occupancy withthe lease of 102,000 square feet to medical device and implantmanufacturer Biomet Spine and Bone Healing Technologies.

The 180,000 square foot building will be Biomet’s newheadquarters. The company is to relocate in phases from itslong-time home at another Parsippany building, which it recentlysold.

The company signed a lease this week that involves a commitmentby Prism to build an additional 28,000 square feet of research anddevelopment space for a subsidiary at the Jefferson Road building,along with fitting out the property for medical conference rooms,breakout meeting areas and an employee lunch area.
