TEMPE, AZ-C2 Tactical Indoor Shooting Range, headed by investorBoe Bergeson, has recently bought a 17,219-square-foot retailshowroom at the Emerald Design Center near Warner and Priest Drivein Tempe for $1.12 million. Bergeson is planning to open thefacility in early next year.
C2 Tactical has chosen RJM Construction Co. to renovate thespace. It will join Mattress RX, LMC Home Entertainment and LaCasona Furniture in the Emerald Design Center. Phoenix-based Lee& Associates Inc. handled the deal. For the full story, goto Phoenix Business Journal .
