MEQUON, WI-Milwaukee Protestant Home has sold the NewcastlePlace senior housing complex in Mequon for an amount of $49.1million. The 229-unit property was purchased by Des Moines,Iowa-based LCS. Milwaukee Protestant Home will use the proceeds forrenovation work at its Eastcastle Place in Milwaukee.
