SAN DIEGO-Keire SDA LLC has picked up an industrial building inMiramar for $10.2 million. The company will use the building,located at 9115 Activity Road, for the sale and service of Audi,Land Rover and Porsche vehicles. The 85,180-square-foot buildingwas sold by Miramar Activity Corp. c/o American RealtyAdvisors.
Bryce Aberg of Cassidy Turley San Diego said that theacquisition marks the largest industrial deal in the Miramarsubmarket in 2012 by an owner-occupier. Cassidy Turley representedboth parties in the deal. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
