WASHINGTON, DC-The State Oil Company of AzerbaiJan Republic(SOCAR) has bought the Heldref Publications Building, a23,232-square-foot building near Dupont Circle, for $12 million.The oil company paid nearly $516.5 per square foot for the officebuilding.
James Connelly of Lincoln Property Co. said that SOCAR isplanning to use the Heldref Publications Building for its officesas well as related events. Jim Kazunas, president of Hollywood RealEstate Services LLC in Gaithersburg, brokered the sale. For thefull story, go to Washington Business Journal .
