AUSTIN, TX-Dallas-based Velocis Fund LP has purchased two retailcenters totaling over 350,000 square feet in Austin. The twoproperties, Springdale Shopping Center and West Woods ShoppingCenter, are priced at $60 million.
The H-E-B Grocery Co.-anchored Springdale Shopping Center issituated near State Highway 183 and the Mueller redevelopment inNortheast Austin. West Woods Shopping Center is located at thejunction of Walsh Tarlton Lane and Bee Caves Road and is nearly 97%leased to tenants including Michaels, Petco and Stein Mart.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
