ATLANTA-Wood Partners of Atlanta and San Antonio-based AdmiralCapital Real Estate Fund have bought 209 apartment units in TheBrookhaven, an urban high-rise situated on the Buckheadneighborhood of Atlanta. This is the first multifamily acquisitionfor the Admiral Fund, a joint venture between the Admiral CapitalGroup and USAA Real Estate Co.
