MIAMI-An apartment complex consisting of 396 units in Miami hascome under new ownership. Public records revealed that a subsidiaryof Waterton Residential has acquired Greenwich Park Apartments inNorth Miami for an amount of $42.5 million. The complex was sold byReal Estate Capital Partners.
