LIVERMORE, CA-Ellis Partners has purchased three officebuildings in Livermore and Pleasanton. The San Francisco-based realestate investor and developer purchased a two-building,145,000-square-foot office campus on the north side of Interstate580 in Livermore. HFF arranged the deal for the office campus,called North Canyons Tech Park.
In Pleasanton, Ellis purchased Franklin Corporate Center, a64,000-square-foot office building at 5100 Franklin Drive. ColliersInternational arranged this deal. Terms of the deals were notdisclosed. For the full story, go to San Jose Mercury .
