TAMPA, FL-A joint venture partnership that includes an affiliateof North Palm Beach-based Driftwood Hospitality Management LLC, ahotel management company, has reached a contract to purchase theHyatt Regency Tampa, a 521-room hotel in downtown Tampa. The hotelreached sales block earlier this year.
