GLENVIEW, IL-In a move to relocate headquarters from its currentspace in Itasca, IL, Bestview Internationalacquired a 78,803-square-foot industrial propertyfrom Millennium LLC for $7 million. With theacquisition, Bestview International now owns a 12-year-old buildingthat is currently 60% leased.

As such, Bestview International will occupy the middle unit ofthe facility, which is located at 2230-2300 Ridge Dr. The other twotenants are Andersen Windows and DesignCraft.
