RALEIGH, NC-Billy McClatchey has included another apartmentcomplex to his growing portfolio in the Triangle. Wake Countydocuments revealed that Chaucer Creek Capital, headed byMcClatchey, has bought Windsor Fall, a 276-unit apartment communityin north Raleigh, for $21.1 million.
The multifamily property, constructed in 1994, is situated offOld Wake Forest Road. San Diego-based Fairfield Residential Co. wasthe seller of Windsor Falls. It purchased the apartment communityfor $22.8 million in 2006. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
