VISTA, CA-Los Angeles-based M&A Gabaee has picked up abig-box retail building near state Route 78 in Vista for $8million. According to a CBRE statement, the 95,194-square-footretail building was 92% occupied by Burlington Coat Factory at thetime of closing.
The building, located at 650 Sycamore Ave., was sold by VistaAssociates. Burlington Coat Factory and Shadowridge Veterinarylease 84,084 square feet and 3,434 square feet, respectively.
