RALEIGH, NC-A second major building in the Greenfield businesspark situated in Garner has a new owner. Plymouth Meeting,Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group has purchased the180,000-square-foot Pergo distribution center building for $8million.
A partnership of four family trust groups, functioning throughFirst American Exchange Co., sold the Pergo building, whichincludes 4,770 square feet of office space and 175,230 square feetof warehouse space.
