LONDON-Dorsett Hospitality International, an Asia-based hotelgroup, has acquired the Matrix Building, a 47,720-square-footoffice building in London, for GBP 14.05 million. Les Ross andMartin Ellis, joint supervisors of No 9 Aldgate Limited andpartners of Grant Thornton UK LLP, were the sellers.

The building, situated beside Aldgate underground station, willbe turned into a hotel. In the deal, Dorsett HospitalityInternational was advised by Coplan Estates and the jointadministrators were advised by Doherty Baines. For the fullstory, go to PropertyMall .
