PARIS-Realy has bought Centrale Parc, a nine-building businesspark in Chatenay-Malabry, from Societe de la Tour Eiffel and GEReal Estate. The business park, which comprises 139,930 square feetof space, is situated between Parc de Sceaux and the Coulee Vertein the Paris region.
The business park is 93% leased to seven tenants. Realy is thereal estate investment arm of Yam Invest. This is the firstpurchase for the Realy team in France. For the full story, go toEurope Real Estate .
