CHARLESTON, SC—A 160-bed luxury student housingdevelopment is in the works in Charleston—and its propertymanagement firm was just assigned. Davis PropertyGroup awarded the management of 400 Meeting StreetApartments to Greystar Student Living.
As its name suggests, 400 Meeting Street will be built on 1.17acres of land on Meeting Street between May and Reid Streets. Thelocation is in the Old and Historic District ofCharleston.
