PHILADELPHIA-Tampa, Florida-based Carter Validus MissionCritical REIT Inc. has picked up a data center in NortheastPhiladelphia for $65 million. The REIT paid $540 per square footfor the 121,000-square-foot flex property at 2000 Kubach Road inthe Byberry Industrial Park.
The building, developed in 1993, sits on 25.6 acres of land. Itis leased to Vanguard Group. Michael B. Harrell, Patrick Lynch andRobert J. Fahey from CBRE Inc. handled the deal. For the fullstory, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
