CHICAGO-A venture of Shiner Capital Partners LLC, based inWilmette, has recently sold a Walgreens store in Chicago forapproximately $7 million. The venture sold the 14,490-square-footstore, located at 7901 S. Western Ave., to an affiliate ofChin-Hsiang Co. Ltd. of Cupertino, California.
County records revealed that the Shiner venture bought theretail property in September 2011 for $5.7 million. Chad Firsel andJordan Kaufman from Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc., based inChicago, brokered the deal on behalf of Shiner. For the fullstory, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
