In hernew role, she will also focus on multifamily and commercial realestate debt financing nationwide, with an emphasis on theaforementioned FHA programs. At Beech Street,Griffin is known for her deep FHA product knowledge, and herorganized and efficient approach.

Prior to her work with Beech Street, Griffin acted as vicepresident at the Metropolitan Funding Corporation.Here, she managed the firm’s top-tier corporate accounts includinglarge regional and national banks. Other duties in this roleincluded managing new business implementation, creating servicingplatforms and negotiating with warehouse lenders.
