NEW YORK CITY-Mega-restaurateur Stephen Hanson's BR GuestHospitality has sold a five-story building situated at 206 SpringSt. to Corigin Real Estate Group. The value of the deal was notrevealed. Hanson's 3-star Italian eatery Fiamma was the tenant ofthe building. After the closing of Fiamma in early 2009, theproperty was utilized as a catering facility by BR Guest.
