BALTIMORE-A Providence, Rhode Island-based hotel group haspurchased the Doubletree Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel, a seven-storyproperty in Linthicum. Since 2000, Procaccianti has managed the260-room hotel and rebranded it to Doubletree from Holiday Inn.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The hotel, located at 890 Elkridge Landing Road, includes a10,163-square-foot meeting space. It is Procaccianti's second hotelacquisition this year in Greater Baltimore. The Doubletree was soldby Atlanta-based Lodgian Inc. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
