WOODBURN, OR-Wilson Construction has acquired an industrialbuilding and neighboring lot in Woodburn to accommodate its growth.The growing utility contractor paid approximately $3.2 million forthe Woodburn property.
In separate deals, Wilson bought a 146,465-square-footindustrial facility that sits on 12 acres of land for $2.7 millionand 3.43 acres of land adjacent to the facility for $485,585. Theproperty, located at 2450 Progress Way., was sold by SupremeIndiana Operations Inc. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank handled both thedeals. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
