GRAFTON, WI-Continental Properties Co. Inc., based in MenomoneeFalls, has sold the Goodwill store building situated in Grafton toThe Cloverleaf Group Inc. for $2.28 million. The company renovatedthe former Sears building for Goodwill, which leased 21,400 squarefeet earlier this year.
