LONDON-Eyre Estate Investment Fund has paid GBP 9.3 million fora prime flagship retail property on High Street in Oxford. The fundpurchased the 14,048-square-foot property at 6-7 High Street fromHenderson UK Property Fund.

CBRE acquired the retail property in May 2010 for GBP 5.05million on behalf of Henderson Property. The High Street propertyis entirely leased to British lifestyle brand Jack Wills.
